Business and Brand Operations Officer
Full Time | Fully Remote | Day Shift
We’re looking for someone to work closely with me across all our brands. Not a “VA.” Not someone to just update spreadsheets or stay in the background.
This is a busy role. We need someone who’s ready to build, take ownership, and learn how to grow a business from the inside.

Here’s the reality of the role:
You’ll be at the center of operations, management, marketing, and exporting. You’ll coordinate packaging, suppliers, and documents, manage reports, prepare marketing materials, and support daily business activities. Some days you’ll write, organize, and plan. Other days you’ll handle research, updates, or troubleshoot small but important details. It changes fast, and that’s what makes it real.

Requirements:

Background in marketing, operations, or admin

Familiar with AI tools, ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, and Google Workspace

Excellent attention to detail

Can dedicate full time to the role
